Job Specification for work from OFFICE:

Work from the office (6 Job positions available). Morning shifts 6:30 am – 3 pm. Our current office location is at Balkumari, Gwarko, Lalitpur.

 

Other requirements:

We need a commitment of at least 18 months. If you CANNOT commit for given periods, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Official working days are 8 Hours a day and 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday will be holidays). We follow American work hours.

 

The training period is from 1 month to 1.5 months for the work-from-Office job. Salary will be paid during the training.

Candidates with good IELTS or TOEFL scores or very good English proficiency will be prioritized. A good academic background in medicine is preferred .

 

Candidate must have good skills in Microsoft Office package (Word and Excel) and a typing speed of a minimum of 40 words per minute. Salary and incentives :

  1. The starting salary (gross) for nursing/Pharmacist/ Public health/ physiotherapy is Rs. 50,000 per month and for Medical Doctors is Rs. 70,000 per month. The salary will increase based on the performance at work.
  2. There is a provision for bonuses, paid leave, and other benefits once we sign a contract with the candidates after they complete their training. These incentives are based on our company policy, which will be explicitly mentioned in the job contract.

 

Job Description:

  1. Online data entry and analysis.
  2. Write, edit, and review a variety of scientific and medical documents.
  3. Follow standard procedures to manage data and present it accordingly.
  4. Prepare documents within established timelines and follow well-defined processes.
  5. Prepare documents of high quality in terms of scientific content, with attention to format, consistency, and accuracy.
  6. Team player- communicate, rely on, and assist other team members as needed.
  7. Able to navigate through frequent changes to instructions.
  8. Able to show initiative.
  9. Able to work quickly yet efficiently to achieve productivity goals.
  10. Able to work according to US-based timelines and holiday coverage.
  11. Able to check email and notifications throughout the day.
  12. Excellent communication/language skills.
  13. Knowledge of medical terminologies.
