We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Norma’s. The right person will be experienced and passionate with a strong work ethic with a strong passion for coffee, latte art and customer service.

About the role

A customer-focused approach to specialty coffee

1. Minimum of one years’ experience as a barista in specialty coffee
2. Experience working on a variety of different machines and different brewing styles
3. A strong understanding of extraction profiling and implementing recipes
4. Excellent latte art is a plus
5. Availability to work a variety of weekdays and weekends
